JJF2015 in Koriyama

There are two options for participation, “Three day participation” and “One day participation”. As there is no option for participation for only two days, please register for three day participation.

- Participation price for children (Elementary school - under 18)

When participating as a child (Elementary school - under 18), a confirmation of age is required, such as a student ID card or other document which can prove your age.

- Infants (not yet in elementary school)

Infants and babies who have not yet entered elementary school may enter the venue if they are accompanied by a parent or guardian who is a JJF2015 participant. For whom it is applicable, it is not necessary to register the infant on the registration page, instead please contact beforehand at .

- Guardians/Escorts

Participants who require a guardian or escort, such as elementary school children or the disabled, can enter the venue together with the guardian or escort for the price of a single ticket. However, if the guardian or escort wishes to partake in the JJF2015, for example to take part in a workshop, that person must pay the standard fee for participation. In this case, registration via the registration page is not required, instead please contact us beforehand at .

- Setting up a shop at JJF2015

Those who wish to set up a shop at JJF2015 without participating can enter the venue at the price of 4,000 yen per person. However, if the shop owner wishes to partake in JJF2015, for example to take part in a workshop, that person must pay the standard fee for participation. For those who wish to set up a shop within JJF2015, registration via the registration page is not required, instead please contact us beforehand at . Guidance related admission costs will be held on a shop by shop basis.

All membership related issues written above refers to 2015 Japan Juggling Association members. Please be aware that for previous members, those who have not completed a valid membership renewal or registration procedure since April 2015 are not JJF2015 members, meaning that a non-member registration needs to be completed. When applying as a non-member you can also apply for a 2015 Japanese Juggling Association membership at the same time. As there are various benefits and newsletters available upon becoming a member, please consider joining the Japanese Juggling Association as well.

This is an overview of the registration details for fees other than the JJF participation fee.

* T-shirts and JJF DVDs from previous years are planned to be sold only at the venue itself.

Cancellation and registration changes within the registration period can be done via the registration form. Changes to the number of days of participation cannot be made after the registration period has finished (after 31 August)

*Please be aware that refunds cannot be given for Association membership, championship tickets and guest stage tickets.
*Regarding refunds for non-members who have applied to become a member, the membership fee (19 and over/18 and under: 3,000 yen/2,000 yen) will be deducted from the participation fee. Bank transaction fees for refunds are to be paid by the applicant (bank transfers with deducted handling fees.)

1) During the registration period, it is possible to change/cancel your reservation on the "JJF registration" page.

*The number of days of participation cannot be changed after the registration period (31/8/2015 17:00).

2) Please contact after the registration period has ended. In order to guarantee accuracy in any alterations made, please refrain from making changes/cancellations by phone.

- Registration method and payment method

Registration is done via the internet only, through the registration page. Payment is to be made via credit card or convenience store payment, and any transaction fees are to be paid by the applicant (to avoid confusion, only the Japanese language version of the application form can be used at a convenience store.)

- Note regarding the participation fee

The JJF2015 participation fee does not include food, lodging, or travel related expenses during the event.
