JJF2015 in Koriyama

The participation certificate is required in order to enter the gymnasium. Please be sure to attach it to yourself in an easily visable place. A member of staff at badge control will check your certificate.

JJF2015 is a festival made through the participation of everyone involved. Preparations will be made on the morning of the first day (10/10 (Sat). Willing participants are asked to gather at Exhibition Hall A inside Big Palette Fukushima. In addition, after the closing ceremony on 10/12 (Mon), all staff will begin cleanup of the venue. Willing participants are asked to assist in the cleanup if possible.

On the day there will be a large number of juggling props within the venue. In order to avoid losing props, please label or mark your luggage and props with a seal. In addition, if you create a list of the props you have brought with you, you can ensure that you will not forget anything at the end of the festival

During the event it is possible to place luggage within the hall, however we ask for care to be taken in the management of one's personal property and important items. In addition, while it is possible to place luggage within the hall during the championship and guest stage, please be sure to keep important items with you. It is possible to deposit your luggage at the Koriyama Citizen's Cultural Center during the event.

Juggling is not permitted outside of Hall A, Hall B, and the Executive Committee areas. As this is a required of the venue, please be sure to abide by this rule.

While it is possible to eat and drink within Big Palette Fukushima, please be sure to not leave a mess or dirty the venue.

Please be sure to take away any trash you have made of brought with you

Smoking is limited to the designated areas within the venue. Underage smoking is not permitted in accordance with the law.

Should a disaster occur during the event, the directions of the Big Palette Fukushima and Koriyama Citizen's Cultural Center staff will be followed.
Please be aware of your safety, and follow the annoucements made within the venue. A roll-call of participants may be implemented during this time.

Before juggling, please be sure to warm up and stretch. We also ask for participants to bring a change of clothes/towels and to prepare drinks. In addition, please be sure to get adequate sleep at night.
In the event that medical treatment is recommended that you take your health insurance card with you.
Should you become unwell inside the venue, or if you come across someone who is unwell, please get in touch with the convention department HQ

In order for the festival to proceed smoothly, please be sure to arrive at workshops and events on time

Please participate at the JJF in accordance with the written oath agreed to at the time of registration.

Those participanting through an 18 or under fee are asked to bring proof of age.
