【Registration period for participation at JJF】

At this year's event, we will join together entry to the Japan Juggling Association with the purchase of a ticket.
When participating as a child (Elementary school - under 18), a confirmation of age is required, such as a student ID card or other document which can prove your age. When your participation certificate is checked by a member of staff within the venue, there may be instances in which documents will also be required for verification.

※All seats for theGuest Stage are designated. Seating is determined in order of registration.
※T-shirts will be produced upon ordering, so additions or changes cannot be made at the venue.
Infants and babies who have not yet entered elementary school may enter the venue if they are accompanied by a parent or guardian who is a JJF2018 participant. For whom it is applicable, it is not necessary to register the infant on the registration page, instead please contact beforehand at info-jjf2018@juggling.jp.
Participants which require being attended to or nursed, such as handicapped people and elementary school students, can enter the venue together with an attendant for no fee.However, if the attendant wishes to participate in workshops or other JJF events, they will be participation to pay the correct participation fee.In this case, registration on the registration page is not required, however please be sure to get in touch beforehand via info-jjf2018@juggling.jp
When setting up a shop without actively participating in the JJF event itself, it is possible to enter the venue at a cost of 5,000 yen per person. However, if an exhibitor wishes to participate in the event, they will be required to pay the correct participation fee. With this condition, if you are considering setting up a shop, registration is not required through the registration page, however please be sure to get in touch beforehand via shop2018@juggling.jp . We will give individual guidance in regards to managing entry fees.
Those who apply for the JJF Championships and also wish to view the Championships are asked to purchase tickets for the Championships. By purchasing a ticket, in the event that an applicant isn't chosen for selection they will be able to view the Championships normally, and if they pass the selection they will become able to view other parts of the Championship aside from their own perfomance together with other viewers. Refunds will not be given to those who purchase Championship tickets and pass the Championship selection.
Food, lodging, and travel costs during the festival are not included in the JJF2018 participation fee.
