Terms and Conditions
Please read the Terms and Conditions that you agree to when you apply to participate in JJF.

Carrying the participation pass
Those participating in JJF2024 must register at the headquarters in the gym and receive a participation pass.The participation pass for JJF2024 is required to enter the gym. Please be sure to wear it in a visible position. The Executive Committee will check your participation pass unannounced.If it is confirmed that you do not have your participation pass with you inside the gym, you will be asked to pay the participation fee.
To Avoid Loss of Props
On the day of the event, there will be many juggling props at the venue. In order to avoid loss, please label and, if necessary, mark your own juggling equipment and luggage. Also, please keep a list of the tools you have brought with you so that you do not forget anything.
Management of Luggage and Valuables during the Event
In order to use the gym as spacious as possible during the event period, JJF will provide luggage storage space in the main gym. Please take care of your valuables.
You may leave your belongings in the gym and luggage storage area during the Championships and Guest Stage, but please keep your valuables with you.
Accident and Theft
In case of an accident or theft, please contact the staff at the head office as soon as possible.
No Juggling Outside the Designated Area of the Gym
Juggling outside the designated area of the Olympic Center gym is prohibited by the venue owner. Please be aware that this will disturb non-JJF participants.
Eating and Drinking at the Venue
Please eat and drink in the cafeteria and other areas where eating and drinking are permitted. In addition, taking water for hydration purposes is permitted in the gym. Please be responsible for keeping the floor clean.
Hotel
Event staff will not arrange hotels for participants.Please make your own reservations at nearby hotels.
Trash
Please take your trash away with you. There are generally no trash cans in the venue.
Respect for Schedule
Please be punctual for workshops and events in order to keep the event running smoothly.
In Case of Earthquake Disaster
If an earthquake occurs during the JJF, we will follow the instructions of the Olympic Center. Please make sure that the area is safe and wait for the instructions of the building's public announcements. A roll call of participants may be conducted.
Physical Condition
Before juggling, please warm up and do sufficient flexibility exercises. Please prepare a change of clothes, towel, and hydration. Also, please make sure to get enough sleep at night. We recommend that you bring your health insurance card in case you need to visit a medical institution.If you become ill or see someone who is not feeling well in the venue, please contact the staff at the headquarters.
